1) All parts of the registration form MUST be filled out.

2) Registration must come in with PAYMENT directly to Canterwood Pro Shop (by mail or bring it in person).

3) To reserve your spot - Jr. names in Jr. camp registration book - must have application and payment PRIOR to getting in book (no exceptions). No "holding" of spots without payment or registration forms.

4) All juniors must have read the following: Jr. dress code & Jr. camp etiquette.

5) All parents must bring and sign: liability release form from www.BeckyFossumGolf.com.

6) All parents - please read: Refund and cancellation policy (see below) and equipment check list and Jr. dress code (www.BeckyFossumGolf.com).

7) RENTAL clubs: If juniors need rentals, they must fill out rental form & add rental money on application, www.BeckyFossumGolf.com. Please come 15 minutes early on Day 1 of camp to get your equipment. Partial refund will be given back on last day of camp.

8) Limit 30 Juniors per camp. If that 30 number is reached (at any time), I will start a WAITING list. If there are any cancellations, I will start opening spots up for the juniors on the waiting list.

9) DEADLINE: When 30 juniors is reached or 1 week prior to camp (whichever comes first).

10) FOOD ALLERGIES: Please note on registration if your junior has any FOOD ALLERGIES or special dietary needs. A light healthy snack is provided each day of Jr. Camp.

11) Once registration is received: I will EMAIL a confirmation out to you. Then about 1 week PRIOR to your camp week, you’ll get a DETAILED EMAIL for that camp week.

REFUND POLICY:

      90 Days - Full Refund .... 60 Days - 3/4 Refund .... 30 Days - 1/2 Refund

      Inside 30 days - No Refund (unless family emergency, i.e., death or major illness in family that prevents your Junior from attending camp).

Note: Junior Golf Camps fill up fast. Please be sure that the date is good for your schedule. It is very difficult to switch weeks or refund because we have many juniors wanting to get into these camp weeks.

RAIN POLICY:

      1 day of camp - no Refund .... 2 days of camp - no Refund

      3 or more days of camp - 3 options: (a) credit for next years junior golf camp, (b) private lessons or (c) Number of days refund that it rained (example: 3 days of rain, $20 per day x 3 rain days = $60 refund).

During Jr Camp week - if it is raining:

      Light rain - Jr Camp is still on.

      If raining heavy - pouring - I will make a decision at 7:30 a.m. to decide if Jr. Camp is ON or OFF for the day.
